PeopleShare is hiring for IMMEDIATE Call Center Representatives for an innovative healthcare client in Whippany, NJ! If you are have a background in customer service/ Call center apply today!• Schedule: Monday- Friday, multiple day shifts available• Pay Rate: $19-$20/hr ( $19 for early shift and $20 for late )
Responsibilities for Call Center Representatives:• Responds to inbound phone calls and claims (as well as outbound calls) to/from patients, physicians, and pharmacies using a phone script.
Requirements for Call Center Representative s:• Call center experience a plus* Basic computer skills* Good phone etiquette* MUST have good Phone Etiquette
