This is a hybrid, in-office role. Youll work in person (in office) Tuesday to Thursday each week. Youll be responsible for the project management of brand partners and associated initiatives within the marketing organization and agency. This role will support executional deliverables of the brand partnership roadmap, from onboarding and set up to coordination across associated departments. This role will serve as coordinator for the product/partnership & content teams, providing important project management, administration & operational support. This Specialist role is a great opportunity to build experience in the brand marketing, coordinate with all Marketing teams as well as contribute to the growth of our brand & the business.Heres a summary of what Holland America Line is looking for in its Specialist, Brand Partnerships. Is this you?**Responsibilities**+ Own project status and updates for partnerships, coordinating daily with the agency and team leadership. Responsible for partnership recaps, and overall partnership/activation status.+ Support the execution of deliverables from the brand partnerships roadmap within the marketing team and with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timelines are met. This includes working closely with content team members in particular.+ Project manage contracts through legal diligently keep track of all changes and providing timely team feedback and escalations to get to contract.+ Manage all paperwork to onboard new partners, invoices and payments processes.+ Work collaboratively with International offices on partnership opportunities for local markets or global rollouts.+ Additional duties as assigned.**Requirements**+ Bachelors Degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field+ 2- 3 years of experience in brand or marketing within consumer-focused companies or agencies; travel sector a plus+ Proven work experience managing marketing projects from conception & completion.+ Solid experience owning execution of marketing tactics.+ Exceptional project management, able to manage multiple projects at once easily.+ Excellent at time management.+ Critical ability to build rapport and establish strong working relationships and be a partner and team player.+ Strong capabilities in anticipating needs and keeping a diverse group of stakeholders in the know.+ Must be willing to travel and work nights and weekends for activations and events as needed.+ Experience working with legal teams to move contracts forward with contracts and terms quickly.+ Comfortable submitting invoices, vendor forms and financial systems as part of a larger budget.+ Analytical savvy.+ Agile and flexible - ability to move quickly.+ Identify opportunities for improvements to work better.+ Decisions focus on day-to-day activities within the company+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
