The Project Controls Analyst will be on the Capital PMO Team and support the cost control efforts for facilities/construction projects in West Texas. The Project Controls Analyst will work independently and perform all project controls required throughout the entire project life cycle. Daily responsibilities include:Creation of Project and Program cost reports, capturing the portfolio for supported Project ManagersReviewing monthly exceptions and errors in the SAP, Prism, or EPM integration processCreate and manage budgets to monitor spending and develop consolidated baseline schedules which support the project execution teamTrack incurred and forecasted cost vs authorized funding and identify needed supplements, as necessaryCreate, maintain, and distribute routine bi-weekly and monthly reports associated with all assigned construction project expensesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience5-10 years of experience supporting cost control efforts throughout all phases of the capital projects engineering and construction project lifecycleExperience working with accrual calculations and building forecasts for projectsExperience managing multiple projects at once Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceSAP or Ares Prism experienceKnowledge of production, compression, pumping, treating, processing, and produced water disposal facilities and pipeline infrastructureBachelors DegreeEPC or Midstream industry experience Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
