Title: Business Analyst - HealthcareLocation: Detroit, MI (Remote) Duration: 12+ Months Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement Engagement Description Supporting the Development and Maintenance the repository of medical policies, including annual reviews/updates Collaboration with Medical Director on medical policy development and maintenance Assist with the review of JUMP meeting minutes to update Medicare Policies where needed Supporting the preparation of policies and documents for CRC and UMC Meetings Research CPT or HCPCS codes as needed Researching medical technologies as needed for specific cases requesting authorizations on technologies Top Required Skills/Experience Familiar with Microsoft Office products Familiar with CMS NCD/LCDs Required Skills/Experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong research skills Preferred Skills/Experience Experience with researching and writing policies, preferred but not required Education/Certifications Clinical background/education * Beware of scams.
