See for yourself.As a key member of the Recovery Sciences team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.Job Title:Director, Global Strategic MarketingReports To:VP Global MarketingLocation:Hybrid in Lewisville, Texas, with a remote option available for qualified candidatesJob Title/High-Level Position Summary:The primary purpose of this position is to direct the Global and US marketing organization in the growth of the Recovery Sciences Chattanooga portfolio. Responsible for delivering top and bottom-line metrics through development of innovative US marketing strategies and tactics and portfolio management. This individual is responsible for directing the execution of cross-functional efforts to increase speed to market and deliver market needs. This position leads the development of global marketing strategy and directs the concepts behind the development of global new product platforms from ideation through launch and post-launch management. Contributes analytic and strategic expertise to the development of future business growth to collaboratively build sound commercial assessments of potential new assets for the organization.Key Responsibilities:Directs and develops the Recovery Sciences Chattanooga product portfolio to maximize revenue and profitability from a category level.Customer, Competitive & Market Insights & Analytics- Plan & execute market research, competitive assessments, and generate insights on new technologies and BD opportunities.New Product Development : Partner with R&D in development and guide marketing team in progress of Innovation pipeline for assigned portfolio.New Product Launches : Guide the team to lead the New Product Launch in US including positioning, messaging, claims, and go-to-market plans. Partner and share with Intl markets for new product launches.U.S. Marketing : Develop Marketing Strategies & programs to drive the growth of US Business and to meet US annual revenue and profitability target for assigned portfolio.Partners with Downstream demand generation team to drive execution of US marketing tactics.Develops Global Strategic plan and annual US marketing plan for assigned portfolio.Supervisory Responsibility:Leads a team of product managers assigned to the portfolio. Hires, trains, develops and retains a talented team.Staff size (approx. 3-5 direct reports).Minimum Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 8-10 years of experience or equivalent with marketing/in-line brand management experience in the medical device industry.Five or more years of employee management experience.Experienced in Global/Upstream Strategic Marketing.Experienced in US downstream medical device marketing.Experience with Distributor Marketing is a plus.Medical Capital Equipment marketing experience is a plus.Sales Experience, Consumer marketing is a plus.Proven track record of developing Marketing team members.Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales or Marketing required.MBA highly preferred.Travel Requirements:Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time; both domestic and international travel may be required.Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-3 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.Desired Characteristics:Supervisory Skills - ability to direct and manage a department or team of employees. Responsible for both direct and indirect reports.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Proficiency in marketing analytic tools (Sales Force, Power BI, HubSpot etc).Analytical, Entrepreneurial, Cross-functional collaboration, Process & Continuous improvement.Ability to manage multiple products in a fast-paced environment.What does creating better together mean to us at Enovis?
