Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Director with impeccable detail and organization skills. You will be responsible for overseeing and leading the organization's marketing efforts.Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, events/home shows, and email marketing.Plan, design, implement, and monitor social media marketing campaigns.Engage users with prompt responses, ask questions, and cultivate relationships.Monitor social media trends, including developments in designs, applications, strategy, and innovation to stay relevant and effective.Track social media campaign key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.Plan, organize, and execute events/home shows (weekends/traveling as needed).Travel RequirementsThere will be some traveling out of state to Colorado & Kansas (possibly other markets as we continue to grow) and weekends as needed for events/home shows.Work EnvironmentMain office located in Crystal Lake.Experience
