Job Summary:
The Marketing Director at Mimosa Boutique will be the driving force behind our marketing strategy, working to amplify our brand’s presence and showcase our distinctive aesthetic. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance our brand image, attract new customers, and foster loyalty among existing ones. This role is responsible for overseeing all marketing functions, including product management, e-commerce, digital marketing, and advertising.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Mimosa Boutique’s brand identity and aesthetic, highlighting our unique selling points and fashion-forward approach.
Create and manage innovative marketing campaigns that showcase our latest collections, special promotions, and seasonal trends, leveraging various channels including digital, social media, email, and events.
Oversee the creation of engaging content that reflects our brand’s style and voice, including photography, video, reels, and social media updates.
Enhance customer engagement through personalized marketing efforts, loyalty programs, and exclusive offers, ensuring a memorable and impactful shopping experience.
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, track fashion trends, and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics, using data to drive decisions and continuously improve strategies.
Lead and inspire the team, fostering a creative and collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Skills:
Proven experience in e-commerce marketing
Proficiency in HTML and email marketing platforms
Strong understanding of product management and digital marketing strategies
Experience with marketing automation platforms
Analytical skills with experience in analytics tools
Knowledge of advertising channels and strategies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
