Virgin Galactic is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Communications & Govt Affairs team. The core responsibilities of the role include the following, although are not limited to:

Supporting 2-3 executivesOrganizing internal and external meetings and conferences, which may include:Setting the agendaDaily meeting schedulesSecuring site and meeting detailsObtaining security clearance for visitorsEvent planning onsite and offsiteSupporting travel and expense reports, purchase requests, and other administrative duties.National and International travel will be required for the roleAssisting with offsite conferences and company eventsManaging and maintaining identified executives' schedules and calendars.Attending meetings, as directed, taking meeting notes, and distributing action itemsBuilding out working task listsRespecting and maintaining confidentiality in discussing organizational matters.Demonstrating strong teaming and collaboration skills that foster office unity and collaboration.Performing general clerical duties to include, but not limited to copying, faxing, mailing, and filing.Managing Teams channels and filing for contracts, flight documentation, and internal information.Assisting in other duties as needed and directed.Required Skills And Experience:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Oracle ERP, and OneNote.Experience supporting 2-3 executives.Capability to effectively handle a diverse set of daily work priorities, coordinating with multiple resources and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate requirements/actions/needs in a professional tone.Ability to build strong business relationships with other functional areas to best support mutual objectives.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze workflows/processes to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and interact with staff at varying levels of experience.The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $67,500.00–$97,950.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience, and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long-term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
