Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is a full-service investment management firm focused on mortgage and consumer credit, including whole loans, asset-backed securities, mortgage servicing rights, mortgage-related equities, and other mortgage and consumer credit assets. Established in 1993, the company focuses on various aspects of the real estate and financial markets. It primarily serves institutional investors, including pension funds, insurance companies, and sovereign wealth funds, providing them with tailored investment solutions. It is headquartered in Florida, USA, and operates globally, managing assets and investments with additional asset management offices in New York, London, Luxembourg, and Geneva, as well as loan servicing and origination affiliates in the U.S. and Milan, Italy.They have a fully integrated investment platform with operational expertise to create value across credit markets. The company has 18 subsidiaries. Each subsidiary has its own systems, and they are trying to unify all technological processes and revamp old systems into modern software. They specialize in mortgage transactions, so many tasks involve building workflows, wireframes with dashboards, analytics, call-to-action buttons, and standard software design. The business provides the problem, the technical PM & the UI/UX designer devise a solution, and it’s sent to the engineering team for development.Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Product Designer working directly with design systems.Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.Be passionate about exploring new design patterns across all the product design surfaces.Knowledge of technical constraints and guidelines as they apply to designing for digital platforms, including the web, iOS, and Android. Awareness of inclusive design principles and best practices.Advanced knowledge of Figma’s design tools. Working knowledge of other contemporary design and prototyping tools.Experience contributing to design systems, including component design, documentation, and education.Be comfortable working with front-end engineering teams for web and mobile user interfaces, including participating in code reviews.Understanding the creation and modification of robust design system components within Figma.Responsibilities
