This role involves handling a range of real estate and finance matters, including drafting and negotiating loan documents, managing due diligence, and overseeing transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance and commercial transactions, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.Duties and Responsibilities:

Draft and review loan documents for real estate and finance transactions.Manage and review due diligence related to loan and real estate matters.Draft, review, and negotiate leases and amendments.Prepare and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related documents.Conduct real estate and lending closings.Review and draft organizational documents for business entities.Ensure necessary approvals are obtained before executing transactions.Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to real estate and finance.Demonstrate knowledge of state and federal laws concerning the ownership and sale of real property.Apply expertise in real estate finance and asset-based finance transactions.Understand and review title, survey, and other real estate/finance diligence documents.Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.Utilize critical thinking and attention to detail in all aspects of work.Conduct thorough research and provide well-written and analytical support.Maintain self-motivation and a proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Commit to achieving the goals of firm clients and maintaining high professional standards.Requirements:

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from a fully accredited U.S. law school.Currently admitted to practice in Arizona with an active Bar license in good standing.Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and/or commercial real estate transactions.Excellent academic record preferred.Skills:

Proficiency in real estate finance and asset-based finance transactions.Knowledge of state and federal real estate and finance laws.Strong analytical and research skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.High attention to detail and critical thinking capabilities.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Commitment to client goals and firm objectives.Location:
