Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.Position SummaryReporting to the SVP, Corporate Communications and S&R, and as a key member of the North American Communications team, the position of Senior Director of Communications (NADL) will have prime responsibility to lead and develop national strategic Communications plans/budgets for North American Distillers Limited and the manufacturing sites across North America.Key ResponsibilitiesInternal:
Lead a dynamic, innovative employee communications programming to ensure an understanding of the company, its strategy, brands, and culture.External:
Develop corporate and trade public relations as well as a reputation management plan for all entities and covering all key audiences.Digital:
Lead the corporate digital revolution through internal and external digital platforms.Executive:
