Job Responsibilities for the Marketing Specialist:
Develop propositions.
Create and lead advertising campaign strategies; leverage internal support and drive collaboration.
In conjunction with internal personnel evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
Develop and maintain content and collateral for sales.
Analyze trends to evaluate engagement of marketing efforts; develop new ideas to improve brand marketing.
Lead trade show coordination.
Partner with department leaders to achieve strategic initiatives.
Manage promotional activities and materials.
In conjunction with sales, conceptualize marketing plans to engage new service markets.
Adhere to budget constraints.
Optimize and manage contents related to social media including but not limited to website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Other duties as required or assigned.
Proficiencies for the Marketing Specialist:
Strong organizational skills
Strong creativity.
Attention to detail.
Possess friendly and positive disposition.
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Display professional communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Adobe Pro
Education/Experience for the Marketing Specialist:
Degree with three years’ experience in marketing or business, or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge of marketing methodologies, intermediate knowledge of technologies, and demonstrated experience in leading marketing strategy and campaigns within various communication channels including digital, print and trade show and intermediate MS Office and graphic design skills.
This position starts at $69,000, depending on experience.
