Create innovative marketing campaigns that align with the target audience to exceed growth demands.Conduct market research to develop campaigns that reach customers from all demographics.Work closely with our sales teams to optimize our marketing funnel and formulate new strategies.Attend weekly training sessions to enhance skills in prospecting new customers and sales opportunities.Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer accounts.Multitask in conducting marketing campaigns, developing outreach programs, and collaborating within a team.Coordinate with other departments to ensure all company goals are met.Entry Level Brand Marketing Manager Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older.Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.Willingness to work independently and in a team environment.Creative mindset, unafraid to share new ideas.Ability to problem solve and follow through on work assignments.Excellent communication skills when reaching out to customers.Outgoing demeanor to execute campaigns directly with customers and build positive work relationships.This position is entry level with exciting opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience.
