• Working from home maintaining HIPAA compliance and focus requiring private office space• Speak with consumers over the phone connecting with people experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues• Building rapport and client engagement• Assessing/mitigating risk and managing documentation while on calls• Provide available resources or information needed• Identify safe, positive ways of coping and/or developing a safety plan• Emergency intervention that may be needed• Remaining calm and professional while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environmentProtoCall Services Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
