Position Overview:

The Marketing Director is responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies that support company objectives, enhance visibility, and engage brokers, clients, and the public. This position requires a hands-on leader to manage marketing initiatives across various platforms, ensuring consistent communication, brand integrity, and a cohesive marketing message. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, event planning, and account management.

Account Management

Ensure efficient and accurate management of accounts payable, regularly updating and maintaining information for managed accounts.

Commercial Real Estate Exchanges

Optimize the use of CRE platforms (Co-Star, Crexi, Buildout, Resimplifi) to syndicate and promote property listings.

Marketing Creation

Utilize tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator to design professional marketing materials.

Explore new creative ideas to enhance the company's branding and overall marketing efforts.

Signage Forms and Emails

Streamline the signage request process for all brokers and ensure efficient, timely communication with brokers.

Monthly Sales Meetings

Oversee planning and coordination of sales meetings to enhance communication and team collaboration.

Provide regular email recaps, maintain updated Google Sheets, and promote key takeaways on social media.

Lunch and Learn Events

Organize educational and networking events to foster broker development.

Campaign Blasts

Manage targeted email campaigns using software to engage brokers and clients.

Monitor email performance and adjust content strategies to optimize engagement and open rates.

Template Creation

Develop and maintain templates for social media and email campaigns that feature client testimonials.

Encourage brokers to obtain Google Reviews and regularly post testimonials to enhance credibility.

Updating Scorecards

Recognize top-performing brokers by updating the scoreboard monthly.

Promote the "Broker of the Month" on social media and other platforms to increase visibility and motivation.

Social Media Management

Lead social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn) by posting updates on economic trends, market conditions, and company news.

Engage with online communities to boost business visibility and foster engagement with current and potential followers.

Other Marketing Initiatives

Manage advertising initiatives, including creating ads for Magazines and other publications.

Oversee design and ordering of business cards, coordinate headshot sessions, and handle necessary edits.

Listing Content (Buildout)

Develop and manage content for property listings, including flyers, photos, and overlays.

Ensure listing materials are accurate and supported with up-to-date research on zoning, traffic counts, and GIS information.

Inside/Outside Meetings and Quotes

Facilitate communication between brokers and external vendors, managing emails, meetings, and quotes for events like Top Golf and Seasons Oldtown.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, event planning, and social media management.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in marketing tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and email marketing platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with CRE platforms like Co-Star, Crexi, and Buildout is preferred.
