Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and organized Marketing and Communication Manager with strong intellectual curiosity and experience in copywriting, digital marketing strategy, and brand management. This self-starter will be a visionary who takes the initiative to enhance our communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication Strategy:
- Develop and execute all communication efforts, including creating and implementing comprehensive communication plans.
- Strategically develop storytelling and create engaging content for social media, print, and email platforms.
- Equip and empower staff with storytelling skills through training and workshops.
Media Relations and Advertising Management:
- Serve as the primary media contact.
- Develop and manage all media efforts, including press releases, media interviews, and press conferences.
- Lead all advertising efforts including media buys for radio, TV, billboards, etc.
- Communicate effectively with vendors.
Design, Branding and Website Management:
- Create and implement design processes for all Outreach communications.
- Oversee development and ensure compliance with Outreach branding guidelines.
- Oversee and manage content on Outreach’s website to ensure it aligns with our mission and goals.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
- Manage communication vendors and contractors such as website developers, printers, graphic designers, videographers, photographers, and apparel companies.
Event Planning:
- Plan and manage all development events, including annual fundraising events, open houses, meet & greets, and other events.
Data Management:
- Interface with donor database personnel to create and maintain forms.
- Report on youth data as needed for marketing and communication purposes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Go-getter attitude, driven and highly organized.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity.
- Proven experience in copywriting.
- Skilled in digital marketing strategy and contributing to brand management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
