Join Our Team as an Operations Analyst!

Are you passionate about data analysis and process improvement? We’re looking for a dedicated Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving transformational initiatives. In this position, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and summarize data portfolios, creating reports and visualizations to support business recommendations.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop roadmaps and manage tactical plans.
  • Initiate project plans and facilitate their execution while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure consistency and standardization in documentation and processes across teams.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline; or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in consumer goods product creation is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for opportunities to improve productivity.
  • Business acumen to quickly understand new processes and operations.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, macros, data mining).
  • Experience with SmartSheets or Airtable.
  • Data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau).
  • Proficient in SQL for data analysis.
