Job Title: RN Operating Room Location: Atlanta, GA Contract Length: 14 Weeks Pay Package: $35/hr on W2 + $1200(Weekly non taxable stipend)Weekly Gross: $1200 Job Details: Schedule: Unit accepts 1st time travelers.

3 years of experience required.

Patient Age Group: Adults - Geriatrics Staffing Ratio: 1:1 Call: Variable Certifications Required: BCLS Scrub and circulate experience preferred.

Unit Systems: Pyxis EPIC (REQUIRED) SBAR Service Lines: Bariatrics Urology Neurology (required) ENT Oral Plastics Transplant (required) Ophthalmology General surgery (required) GYN (required) Orthopedics (required) Maximum Requested Time Off (RTO): 7 Days Holidays: If one major holiday falls in the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it.

If two major holidays fall in the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both.

If three major holidays fall in the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two.

Major Holidays: Memorial Day: Monday, May 27 Independence Day: Thursday, July 4 Labor Day: Monday, September 2 Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time.

Non-compliance will result in a pushback of 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.

Pre-Screen: Candidate will be sent to Clinical Review.

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room team in Atlanta, GA, for a 14-week contract. The ideal candidate will have significant surgical nursing experience, proficiency with EPIC and other unit systems, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain the operating room, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other surgical team members to provide comprehensive care.

Monitor patient vital signs and conditions throughout surgical procedures, responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.

Assist with surgical procedures, including sterilizing instruments, preparing the surgical site, and maintaining a sterile field.

Document all aspects of patient care accurately and thoroughly in the medical records.

Educate and support patients and their families before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of Georgia.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operating room setting.

Current BCLS certification; Scrub and circulate experience preferred.

Proficiency in EPIC, Pyxis, and SBAR systems.

Strong knowledge of surgical procedures across multiple service lines including neurology, transplant, general surgery, GYN, and orthopedics.

Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and handle high-stress situations effectively.
