O365/ Exchange Engineer

This individual is responsible for providing operational engineering and support for our clients O365 environment and all additional collaboration tools that are part of the Workforce Technologies portfolio. The position designs and tests plans to ensure the stability and integrity of systems, troubleshoots and analyzes failures to minimize outages and service interruptions relating to the all Collaboration services. They will be responsible for administrating, supporting, maintaining, and deploying various new services, O365-based business solutions as well as establishing standards, processes, and configuration guidelines.

The pay rate range for this role is 60-80/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Expert skills and experience in Office 365 (Identity, Authentication, Administration, Implementation, Exchange, Teams).

Expert skill and experience with Exchange Online & On-Prem and Office 365.

Expert PowerShell skill and experience in a production environment

5+ years of experience with email security platforms such as ProofPoint (preferred) or related tools.

5+ years experience with Active Directory and Access Management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

4+ years of SharePoint/O365 features, applications, and solution development experience (preferred)

4+ years of Windows Server experience, preferred

2+ years of Azure and Process Automation

Prior experience with Microsoft SCCM/Intune

Prior experience with PowerBI, Tableau or similar reporting tools

4 year degree (in IT related course of study), preferred
