Job DescriptionThe Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business with physician practices. a dynamic and growing plumbing supply company, who is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive sales growth. Responsibilities of position
Cold calling prospective clients and on-site visits to generate leadsBuilding strong relationships with area physicians and practice managers through marketing and networking effortsCoordinating follow-up calls to prospective clientsConduct comprehensive product demos, emphasizing the platforms capabilitiesDetermine customer budget and quote appropriate productsNegotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreementsWork with the appropriate department(s) to maintain consistency and proper documentationContinue to work with the customer to ensure a positive lasting relationshipManaging multiple projects while meeting sales goalsRequirements
3+ years of Advanced MD experience5+ years Business to Business outside sales experience and customer servicePreferred degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fieldExperience with Sales Forces or other sales systemMS Office proficiency and computer literacyStrong understanding of the software industry and sales processesExperience in the healthcare industry, PM or EMR requiredProven track record of selling and closing systemsExcellent communication and presentation skills articulate, professional demeanorHighly motivated self-starterOrganizational, time management, and multi-tasking skillsExcellent customer service skillsDependability daylight hours Monday-FridayAbility to travel to customers, conferences, and industry eventsValid drivers license and personal vehicle insuranceWhy Work for Lake LBJ Realty, Inc?Work with a team that values you!
