Senior Business Development Manager, Sleep & DiagnosticsAs our Senior Business Development Manager Sleep, you will be joining the highly impactful Therapy Platforms business within Sleep & Respiratory Care at Philips. You will be part of a truly global work environment that is committed to improving billions of lives worldwide.In your role:Create new business pipeline and drive new business development initiatives, with a focus on supplementing Sleep & Diagnostics portfolio (products, services, solutions)Manage new business deals develop and negotiate various contracts and integrate business operations with contract needsDesign presentations and strategies to enable business development initiativesPrepare and ensure compliance to all timeframe for completion of various projectsActively builds networks with key contacts in- and outside Philips for specialism to keep abreast of new developments/insights.May lead multi-disciplinary change projects, managing a core team of peopleDevelop responses for changing market situation and competitor moves in collaboration with Category and Product Management and share best practices across the MarketsYou're the right fit if:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or engineering related field; MBA preferred5+ years of experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses in B2B / B2C environmentsproven track record of working multinational and/or venture environment with strong personal communication skills able to inspire, convince and mobilize peopleExperience working in a dynamic environment, driven to win and constantly get better.
