We encourage all qualified individuals, particularly those from historically marginalized groups, to apply.Job SummaryThe Program Director of the CASPAR Men’s Residential Services is a senior member of the Bay Cove Addiction Services Division. The position plans, oversees, and coordinates all activities, programming and administration of the CASPAR Men's Residential Services. The Program Director insures a safe and trusting environment to promote healthy recovery for clients with substance use mental health disorders.This is an exempt position.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overseeing, planning, administering and organizing all treatment activities and programs of the CASPAR Men's ResidencesRecruit, hire, train, evaluate and terminate all employees of the CASPAR Men's ResidenceEnsures compliance with federal, state and local licensing and contractual requirements (including DPH, HUD, SAMHSA)Collect and collate data for billing and statistical reporting purposes including EIM/ESM, Food Stamps, program fees, DTA, DPH UtilizationCollaborate with Bay Cove administrative offices (HR, IT, Finance, Property, Third-Party etc.) to manage all administrative functions for the men’s residencesResponsible for all licensing and contracting/grant applications and reportingOversee the management and retention of service recordsMaintain liaison between the CASPAR Men's Residences and other addiction programsMaintain contact with public and private agencies in the social service delivery systemRepresent the CASPAR Men's Residences within the substance use treatment field through statewide boards and committeesProvide in-service training within the CASPAR Men's ResidencesPerform public speaking and community education as neededServes as the HIV and Access Coordinator for the CASPAR Men’s ResidencesOther duties as assignedEducation and/or Experience RequiredBA/BS required, Master’s degree preferred, and five years of experience in substance use disorder treatmentLicensure (i.e. LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC I / II etc.) CPR/First Aid training preferredTwo years of supervisory and administrative experienceExperience in financial and administrative management and program development preferredKnowledge of state grants and licensing requirements preferredDemonstrated ability in coordinating a multicomponent systemA minimum of five years continuous sobriety if recoveringSkills RequiredStrong leadership, communication and team building skillsAbility to multitask and delegateAble to work independently and be responsibleAbility to respond to a variety of issues under time constraintsAbility to maintain staff morale with staff at different levels of expertise and understandingRemaining available to staff and clients at all times while performing administrative duties
