The ideal candidate will spearhead our digital acquisition strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to amplify HotelTonight's presence and ensure optimal ROI through CPA and CPI partnerships. This position requires a combination of analytical prowess, affiliate marketing expertise, and a proven track record in managing large scale global campaigns.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead strategy, execution, and performance analysis of digital acquisition campaigns.Forge and nurture partnerships aligning with our efficiency and scaling goals, managing proposals and cross-functional team collaborations.Work closely with Engineering to launch new partnerships and sustain existing ones.Continuously analyze campaign data to identify and implement optimization strategies.Collaborate with Finance to project and report campaign performance metrics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in affiliate marketing and digital campaign management.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Effective project management and cross-functional teamwork abilities.Experience with global affiliate campaigns that deliver massive scale and ROIExperience with App Store Marketing, App Store Optimization preferredProven leadership capabilities, experience working with diverse cross functional teams and managing workflows involving numerous parties.Own end-to-end digital acquisition campaign performance, from strategy development to capturing business requirements, to planning, delivery, execution and reporting on performance metrics (Cost Per Acquisition, Cost Per Install, etc).
