Program DirectorLocation : Concord, MA - North Eastern Correctional Center (Farm)
Pay rate : $67,000-$69,000/annually. Salary differential is paid to those who are fluent in the Spanish language.
Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, one evening shift 11:30am-7:30pm and possibility of weekends.

Qualifications :
LADC, CADC, or actively pursuing licensure.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education, Counseling or closely related field.
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
Corrections experience preferred.
The
Correctional Recovery Academy Program (CRA) Program Director
is responsible for:
Managing the Correctional Recovery Academy program within guidelines per contract specifications.
Ensuring assigned staff comply with Spectrum Health Systems and the Massachusetts Department of Correction (DOC) policies/procedures and standards.
Organizing, implementing, and supervising the program design as defined by the program manual.
Ensuring compliance with on-going analysis and use of the quality assurance system as defined by the State Director.
Working with State Director or Regional Director to formulate corrective action plans when necessary.
