We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Honest Abe Roofing Franchise. As a key player in our marketing department, you will have the opportunity to shape our brand's online presence and engage with our audience in innovative ways.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).Create and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform and audience, including text, images, and videos.Monitor and respond to social media interactions, including comments, messages, and reviews, in a timely and professional manner.
Campaign Development & Execution:
Plan and execute multi-location social media campaigns to promote local events, specials, and services.Use Cloud Campaign tools to create and manage automated social media campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement Google Ads and other online advertising strategies.
Analytics & Reporting:
Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate regular reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving social media strategies and campaign effectiveness.
Brand Consistency & Creative Content:
Ensure that all social media content aligns with the Honest Abe Roofing brand voice and messaging.Develop creative content ideas and strategies to keep the brand fresh and engaging.Monitor comments and respond.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with franchise owners and marketing teams to understand local market needs and tailor content and campaigns accordingly.Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and high-quality content production.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Recommend and implement new social media strategies and tools to keep Honest Abe Roofing at the forefront of digital marketing.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience managing social media platforms for a multi-location business or franchise.Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.Experience with social media tools.
Skills:
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Personal Attributes:
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
