Capture Manager
to expand its portfolio in central Maryland across the Department of Defense (DoD). This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading successful > $50M captures across the ICThe Capture Manager should have robust IC customer experience and a natural ability to leverage this in developing credible, strategic, and unique solutions that elevate PWIN and disrupt the competition.WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:Lead opportunity pursuits from qualification to award leveraging honed Capture processes and offering creative expertiseShape the RFP prior to release through strategic customer engagement and mission enhancing solutionsDevelop an overall capture plan that includes technical, management, past performance, and pricing strategies and win themesProvide opportunity gap analysis and identify partners both internal and external to successfully closeResponsible for developing Teaming Agreements and Statements of Work that meet customer requirements and enhance BTS PWINDevelop associated briefing materials and present at gate reviews to BTS C-SuiteLead storyboard and win theme development activitiesActively be involved in solution development and have the ability and understanding of details to present on behalf of any element of the opportunity to customers or leadershipActively engage the team to locate discriminators and ghosting opportunities in BlackHat and competitive analysis discussionsProvide leadership and oversight during the proposal development phaseLead post Color Team recovery efforts and strategy discussionsDevelop and maintain key customer relationships across DoD and the ICLocate common themes across various customer sets to drive long term strategyIdentify opportunities for efficiencies to include automated processes, tools, and data reuse across corporate capability offeringsInteract with all levels of the organization to stay current BTS capabilities
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience leading DoD and/or Intel Community CapturesExisting IC customer and industry relationships across the DoDProven ability to lead captures from >$50MExperienced with a multitude of Capture contract types and pricing strategies to include Completion, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Performance based, Cost Plus (CP), and Time & Materials (T&M).Experience with Shipley or other capture methodologies and leading team through complex captures with in-depth stakeholder reviews.Proven ability to derive strategic solutions and win themes against vaguely defined requirementsSuccess in leading multiple captures simultaneously at various stages of the opportunity lifecycleDemonstrated achievement leading diverse, complex teams internally and externally to increase PWIN and drive successful outcomesAptitude to perform at high levels in a fast paced, matrixed environment with minimal or no supervisionExcellent interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation communication skillsFlexible to work and lead teams through remote, in-office, or in a classified environment based on opportunity requirements and business needMust be able to obtain Security Clearance
