Business Development Representative Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferredExperience: 0-2 years of experience working in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-facing positionsPassion: Must have a genuine passion for helping others and working effectively in a team environmentCommunication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to engage with community members and collaborate effectively within the teamAdaptability: Must be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other Business Management RepresentativesGrowth-Oriented: A desire to advance within our organization is a plus!
