About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Webcast Platform Operations Specialist as part of the Public Affairs team. For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com

In this role, you will:

Serve as the Director, Technical Director for corporate leadership webcast programs.

Participate in pre-production meetings with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders.

Operate and manage the live video webcasting and video-on-demand platforms.

Setup webcast events for employee broadcasts, including platform and video encoder configurations.

Perform testing and QA functions, assist technology partners with troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Monitor webcast events, report viewership, escalate issues for remediation.

Post-event support, including preparing broadcast for replay, compiling, and delivering metrics.

Participate in project meetings related to platform operations, change control, vendor relations, etc.

Partner with colleagues on greater video services team (production, engineering) to ensure operational excellence.

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.

Utilize critical thinking skills to evaluate business processes, with a continuous-improvement and risk management mindset.

Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations.

Collaborate and consult with colleagues, clients, and management

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Technical Operations experience, Video Equipment Operation experience, experience with a Production Agency or Broadcast Media company, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills

Digital video platform experience

Corporate Communications experience

Business process and vendor management

Travel expected to be up to 20%
