A Sales Manager both estimates and manages their jobs and is ultimately responsible for every lead, customer, and project they are assigned. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the location, maintaining consistent profitably, and achieving an excellent reputation within the territory among its customers. We are actively looking for Sales Managers for Denver, CO. Must live in or within commuting distance of the territory to apply.

Pursue strategic relationships on behalf of company (realtors, property managers, roofers, etc...)Self-generation of leads will be a top priority.This role will require significant networking and building out relationships in the community with referral partners.Sell residential and commercial paint jobs.Recruit, oversee, and schedule subcontractors.Estimate projects accurately and provide quote to customer within 24 hours.Ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting client's needs and delivering a quality project.Help problem-solve with crew leads if problems arise on any project.Generate schedules and plans of operation for painting projects.Upsell additional services to ongoing projects/customers.Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made.Consistent follow up with existing leads following companies outlined touch points or until job is accepted or rejected.Qualifications:

Ability to drive sales.Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Traveling within Territory on a daily basis. Must have a clean driving recordSelf-motivated.Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs.Comfortable with technology and able to easily learn new software.Two (2) years (or more) of B2B and B2C home services sales and estimating experience is required.Experience in a painting company is preferred but not required.Bilingual is a plus.Must live in or easily commute to the territory to apply for the Sales Manager position.Must be willing and able to pass a background check.

Compensation Package:

$70,000 to $110,000 (draw + commission), Company Vehicle, PTO
