Typical Day in the RolePurpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is looking ahead to FY25, our ambition is to make tasks, plans, and whiteboards a daily habit for individual and team Copilot users within the Microsoft ecosystem. The team is aiming to expand the new Microsoft Planner into a more engaging and robust offering, with Copilot providing transformational value at the forefront. By integrating these capabilities throughout Teams, will grow the base and extend the value of individual and team Co-pilot.Key projects: This role will contribute to the below --Planner in Team Copilot + Copilot in Planner and Whiteboard-Planner app craftmanship, retention and ease of use-Extending Planner to web-Integrations of Planner and Whiteboard into teams meetings, channels, etc...Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of the below --Planning and Writing Content: plan and write content; creating clear, concise, and user-friendly text that guides users through a product or service.-Transforming Requirements into Strategy: transform product requirements into a strategy for how content will meet business goals and solve customer problems.-Collaborating with Teams: Meet daily with the product team and manager to understand the tasks and write friendly, brilliantly clear text with language that lands perfectly within the parameters of Microsoft voice & tone principles for Microsoft Planner. Work closely with Interaction designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the content aligns with the overall design and functionality of the product-Creating Cohesive Content Experiences: ensure that the language used in the user experience provides just enough information at the right time and in the best format. This helps users make decisions easily and accomplish their tasks quickly

Candidate RequirementsYears of Experience Required: 6-7 overall years of experience in the field.Degrees or certifications required: College degree related to UX writing, Content Design, technical writing, copy writing, marketing, journalism, communication, or English major degree is required to be eligible for this role.Disqualifiers: Candidates with no portfolio will not be eligible for the role. (The Microsoft sponsor would like to see a portfolio.)Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain examples of previous UX Writing work, companies, products, and teams they worked with, result of their major projects, education. Ideal candidates should bring at least 6 years of experience to the table, a solid history in the Writing industry, a portfolio showcasing a wide range of content projects, familiarity with Microsoft products, and experience in roles similar to this one.Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines.

We are looking for a talented and creative Content Designer to join the Path team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and impactful content that aligns with our team's priorities and projects. As a Content Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop content that supports our business strategies and ensure content aligns with the team's goals and priorities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in content design, preferably in a tech or corporate environment.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in content design tools and platforms (specifically Figma - Content work is primarily done in Figma).Ideal candidates should bring at least five years of experience to the table, a solid history in the industry, a portfolio showcasing a wide range of content projects, familiarity with Microsoft products, and experience in roles similar to this one.

Write friendly, brilliantly clear text with language that lands perfectly within the parameters of Microsoft voice & tone principles for Microsoft Planner. Projects include (but may change):Improve craftsmanship and core UX updatesCopilot in PlannerUno >> new Planner app. Uno mobile app.Monetization / upsell content for Whiteboard in TeamsCopilot in Whiteboard- Design and write content for in-product experiences that help customers achieve their goals- Capitalize on multiple sources of customer data to inform your content design- Understand, employ, and evangelize our content principles, coherence guidelines, and content evaluation tools.- Identify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and innovations and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholders- Use established guidelines and patterns to continue to promote consistency and coherence- Contribute to terminology work to document commerce terms & patterns- Monthly milestones are established with our Design & PM partners and tracked in ADO (Azure Dev Ops).
