Global Business Director Cruise

DNV Maritime is seeking to fill the role of Global Business Director Cruise.As the Global Business Director Cruise you play a key role for DNV maintaining our strong position as well as further developing and gaining new business in the cruise segment. You will be based in Miami and will report to the Global Business Development Director.Other aspects of your responsibilities will be to develop DNV's Maritime brand and service awareness in the target market, establish strategic relations and engage in discussions with relevant stakeholders. Your responsibilities: A major part of your time is expected to be used for identifying new business opportunities for DNV Maritime in collaboration with other business areas for DNV Group.What You'll DoYou build and maintain strong relations with top management at the major cruise operators.You drive the DNV differentiation strategy and ensure its implementation towards the major cruise operators, creating additional value that is understood and appreciated by our customers.You play a key role in the strategic development of the cruise segment in the Americas and beyond with your ideas for new business opportunities.You deeply understand customers' technical and commercial operation and how DNV can add value to the customer.You represent DNV at relevant conferences, particularly Seatrade Miami, participate in the Cruise Safety and Sustainability Forum (CSSF) and coordinate DNV representation in cruise related organizations.
