As an SDE2 you will be responsible for building new features on a low latency, high throughput streaming service that powers the Amazon Rufus CX.Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement exceptional user experiences.Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and tools owned by the team.Relish the idea of solving problems and be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that’s higher than most projects.You will own the features end to end and deliver high quality, testable code at a rapid pace.You will be part of Amazon's journey to deliver a brand new shopping assistant to our customers.Minimum Requirements
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.Experience programming with at least one software programming language.3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.
