WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Knowledge Director (KD) within BCG's Corporate & Finance Strategy (CFS) Practice Area, you will be a key contributor towards the strategic agenda for the Strategy topic. You will grow and deploy a team of experts to provide value added support to the business and be responsible for team’s performance across all KPIs (case billability, quality, content creation, etc.). You will also take ownership for the team's development and career progression.

Additionally, you will directly contribute to cases, proposals, client workshops based upon your own extensive experience in the domain. You will support SATT & Conferences, presenting expertise in meetings & conferences.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Leading problem solving and solutioning for clients and driving towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context.

Leading development and commercialization of knowledge and assets e.g. tools, sector/topic materials, in area of expertise.

Engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating expert presence and credibility.

Leading projects in a highly effective manner, mobilizing team to deliver on business priorities and commercial impact.

Acting as a highly effective coach and mentor, guiding team members to achieve goals efficiently and effectively.

Working in an ever changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

7+ years consulting experience required; candidates with consulting experience preferred in Corporate & Portfolio Strategy space.

In lieu of consulting experience, 8+ years minimum industry experience required; 12-14+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.

Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).

A strong working knowledge of Corporate, Growth, and Innovation Strategy.

Fluency in English.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment.
