Job Summary:
The Manager of Strategy and Operations will be a strategic leader responsible for supporting the growth and success of commercial departments by developing and implementing effective business strategies and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a combination of deep business acumen, operational expertise, and experience leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving business growth through strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and leading organizational change.
What You'll Do:Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability.Own the overall operations of the department, including the development of operational plans and processes.Lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.Analyze market trends and data to inform strategy and decision-making.Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align operations with company vision and goals.Identify and manage key performance indicators to measure the success of operations, strategies and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial team.Drive the opportunity & pipeline management standards, processes and reporting for the company.Manage productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and KPIs for our commercial teams.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure data hygiene and own quarterly account transfers.What You Need:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration.5+ years of experience in strategy and operations.Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.Strong familiarity with Salesforce and PowerBI or other BI tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.Experience leading organizational change and managing through complex challenges.Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.What You'll Get:
