Senior Consumer Marketing Manager
to lead all consumer-facing activations for the U.S. market.Salary/Hourly Rate:$120.000 - $130,000Position Overview:This Senior Consumer Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies, ensuring cohesive 360-degree support for all product launches and campaigns. The role requires strong collaboration with both internal teams (PR, Social, Digital, Creative) and external partners (vendors, agencies), as well as overseeing events and paid media initiatives.
Responsibilities of the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager:
Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and manage the overall strategy for product launches and campaigns, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
Event Planning & Execution: Lead the organization and execution of consumer events, influencer pop-ups, retailer takeovers, and more. Manage vendor relationships, budget adherence, and provide post-event analysis
Paid Media Coordination: Collaborate with Paid Performance teams on full-funnel campaigns, ensuring alignment on messaging and budget management
Social & PR Alignment: Work closely with Social and PR teams to provide strategic input on content, partnerships, and campaign activations
General Marketing Operations: Oversee daily marketing tasks, including product orders, invoicing, and contract processing
Qualifications for the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager:
5 to 7+ years of industry related, experience in consumer marketing, events, or related fields in beauty or skincare
Must have senior management experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Experience in budget management and post-campaign analysis
Ability to travel for events
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is preferred
