About the team

The Early Careers team at Dartmouth Partners work with financial institutions and investment banks to build great relationships and help them make good hires. Our goal is to establish lasting, non-transactional relationships with our clients and our candidates.

The Role

As a member of the Early Careers team, you will become a trusted advisor to junior talent taking their first steps in their career. We have lots of clients already, based on our European network, and you will be expected to start building the network of candidates to help find their first job. Your role will progress to working directly with clients, helping them grow their teams with the right people. Eventually, you'll originate your own clients through building a strong network, and in the longer term, you'll hire someone to help you execute these client relationships.
