We build insights, experiences, and programs all in service of bringing together the very best of Apple to help us reach more people, grow our business, and enrich lives.In this Senior Manager role, you will work in a range of capacities from supporting strategic planning, through portfolio management and governance, and down to managing programs including NPI Readiness. In addition, you will play a key role in the delivery of strategic programs with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively. We are looking for a Senior Manager that embodies our culture, core values, and compassion for others.DescriptionThe successful candidate must have experience initiating, managing, and enhancing business processes and system infrastructure programs. Critical to the role will be the ability to communicate and partner across the organization with business groups and regional teams. Also required is experience managing complex, large scale global, cross-functional programs. As the Senior Manager, you bring 6+ years of people management experience that elevates your team member's capabilities and 10+ years leading global programs. You have a genuine passion for improving the way we work and serve as “stitchers” to connect the dots and ability to see the big picture with an end-to-end view.Minimum Qualifications10+ years of leading a portfolio of global programs6+ years of leadership and people management experienceAbility to manage resources globally, balancing priorities and the business needs across 5+ cross-functional teamsExperience leading global system implementations such as HRIS, SAP, eCommerce, or Retail systemsPreferred Qualifications15+ years of leading a portfolio of global programs8+ years of leadership and people management experienceHigh proficiency in creating keynote presentations to executive team and can implement pivot tables for ExcelDeep understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning and delivery to the level that they can set standards, implement process improvements, and coach team membersExceptional communication skills, verbal, written, and presentationAbility to lead and develop a hard-working teamDemonstrable ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives quickly, with high levels of complexity and ambiguityBuild, maintain, and develop relationships cross-functionallyDevelop new strategies and options for projects and programs, champion for continuous improvementsAbility to drive rapid response for critical programs/crisis managementActing as a Program Management Office function for key cross-functional initiatives within the Retail organizationAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $211,800 and $317,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
