This person will be responsible for recruiting for development, corporate and technology roles and will have the opportunity to work with industry veterans who create award winning content!Responsibilities:
Provide full cycle recruiting and support including direct sourcing, interviewing, and schedulingPartner closely with hiring teams throughout the recruitment cycle from developing hiring strategies and job descriptions through offerAdvocate for both hiring teams and candidates throughout the hiring process, establishing a high touch and best-in-class experience for allMaintain data, workflow and process integrityServe as Skydance branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers who represent the company’s culture in a meaningful wayProactively identify challenges and work with partners and stakeholders toward resolutionAct as an ambassador for Skydance at networking events, conferences, etc.Requirements:
4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in Entertainment, particularly in film and television development and production, games and mediaMust be an early adopter and passionate about games and the digital spaceMust be client and candidate focused, with an eye for creating a positive candidate experienceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience working with an ATS, Lever a plusKnowledge of employment-based immigration regulations and best practicesProven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche technical talentThe salary for this position in Los Angeles is $115,000 – $140,000. The salary offered may vary based on the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors.
