Join IFS.We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) Lead to support the development of a best-in-class Procurement function. This role will be instrumental in establishing a high-functioning COE that drives procurement excellence through Project Management Office (PMO) oversight, data analytics, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives and leading cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:COE Leadership:

Establish and lead the Procurement Center of Excellence, developing and promoting best practices, methodologies, and tools across the procurement function.PMO Oversight:

Manage the Procurement PMO, ensuring successful delivery of procurement projects, alignment with strategic goals, and adherence to timelines and financial trackers.Data & Analytics:

Lead the procurement data team to develop and implement data-driven strategies, providing insights that inform decision-making and enhance procurement performance.Supplier Relationship Management (SRM):

Drive the global roll-out of the SRM program, standardizing processes and tools to optimize supplier collaboration and performance.Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within procurement processes, leveraging data, technology, and best practices to drive efficiencies.Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of COE activities with overall business objectives and priorities.Minimum Qualifications:Extensive experience in procurement, with a focus on COE, PMO, data analytics, and SRM.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Experience with procurement technology solutions and/or data analytics tools.We believe that coming together as a community, in person, is important for innovation, connection and fostering a sense of belonging.
