This role will be responsible for managing ongoing client relationships by identifying individual client needs and servicing those needs in a manner which ensures value to the client as demonstrated by high client retention, client advocacy, new client referrals and additional inflow or service proposition.Key Responsibilities and TasksNew Business Growth and DevelopmentIntroduce new advice opportunities to existing clients and/or new clients by identifying referral opportunities from existing clients or other identified sourcesIdentify referral opportunities within the broader Partners Wealth Group businessBuild and maintain a strong network and cross-functional relationships with relevant stakeholdersBuilding and maintaining your client baseParticipate in business strategy development as a key member of the teamClient Service and AdviceProvide exceptional service that exceeds clients’ expectationsDevelop compliant financial strategies tailored to individual circumstancesReview client accounts and plans on a regular basis to understand if life or economic changes, situational concerns, or financial performance necessitate changes to their planManage client reviews and reporting.Support the implementation and production of SOA’sAnalysing financial data received from clients to develop strategies for meeting client’s financial goalsPreparing or interpreting financial documentation summaries, investment performance reports and income projections for clientsImplementing approved plansProviding periodic updates on the performance of investment portfoliosMaintain client records by the use of standardised workflows, file notes and systems to ensure a consistently high standardRisk and ComplianceComplete all CPD obligationsProvide technically strong and compliant financial advice in a manner that aligns with the PWG Advice methodology and frameworksConduct compliance reviews of client advice with peersMaintain the highest compliance standards to satisfy the legislative requirementsTeam Culture and InnovationDrive process improvement to deliver efficiencies and identification and development of tools relevant to client segmentImprove systems and processesMaintain up to date technical/professional knowledge and reference materialsContribute positively to the culture of Partners Wealth Group and our Core ValuesEducation RequirementsFASEA relevant degree or working towards a FASEA approved pathwayDiploma Financial Planning / Financial Services or equivalentCompletion of mandated CPD training & development each yearExperience Requirements2 to 5 years experience in financial servicesMinimum 2 years financial planning specific experienceThe ability to assist with the management of the client relationshipA highly organised approach and ability to manage your timeExcellent communication skills including ability to modify approach to suit various audiencesHighly results-driven including willingness to lead by exampleExpertise in production of documents, spreadsheets, presentations and mail mergesKnowledge of investment platforms, insurance products, and Self-Managed Superannuation FundsThe ability to network effectively with clients and maintain professional working relationshipsThe ability to implement project and action plans and juggle workload commitmentsPreferred SkillsWorking knowledge of financial services, financial planning, and accounting marketsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTime management skills and ability to work to deadlines and deliver resultsOur CulturePartners Wealth Group have been recognised in the Top 10 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work Awards in 2022.Fast paced and client focusedAccelerated Training & DevelopmentGenuine and friendly team environmentGreat office space;Good social networkApply now and find out why we are a great place to work!Please note, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a financial adviser?Have you completed a qualification in financial planning?
