We seek great hearts, other people like us, who care and want to do work that matters.JOB SUMMARYThe Maintenance/Housekeeping Director will be responsible for all maintenance work inside and outside of the entire building including resident suites and maintenance of the grounds and exterior of the building. This position responds to repair and maintenance requests submitted by residents and employees. High school diploma or GED preferredExperience:

One year minimum of related experience preferredJob Knowledge:

Ability to use tools and equipment for repairs; knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.Other:
