Come see the unique and one of a kind pieces we have, and you will see that our furniture do speak for themselves!Summary of Responsibilities:Assist with the day to day operations of the store.Provide a unique store experience to our customers through a fun, professional attitude.Motivate staff to drive sales and ensure goals are being reached.Utilize company guidelines (and good taste) to maintain store appearance and organization.Be able to effectively prioritize and multi-task and problem solveProvide good customer serviceMaintain store appearance by adherence to company visual standardsMust be willing and able to lift furniture weighing 50+lbs on average on a daily basis.Provides an exceptional store experience for customers within a fun, professional store environmentLifting many furnitureHelp with rearranging furniture around the storeRequirements

Experience and Qualifications:1-2 years of retail sales experience and basic math skills are requiredPrevious retail management experience is preferredInterior design/decorating experience and/or knowledge of furniture product a plus, but not requiredBasic computer skills required, ex. MS Word & ExcelMust have a Visual Merchandising experienceMust have passion for furniture and home décor salesAble to use social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, G+, YouTube, Yelp, etc.Able to follow direction and present yourself in a professional mannerMust have reliable transportation to and from job siteMust have weekend availability and a flexible schedule.Willing and able to lift furniture weighing 50-75+ lb. on average on a daily basis
