Your New Role...

Global Franchise at Warner Bros. Discovery is chartered with identifying and driving the maximization of the long-term value of WBD's beloved and iconic franchise IP. Examples of this IP include Batman, Superman, Harry Potter, Looney Tunes and beyond. The Sr. Manager, Portfolio Management & Analytics plays a key role in supporting the SVP, Portfolio Management, Analytics & Fusion and EVP, Global Franchise in this charter.

Your Role Accountabilities...Identify franchise white space opportunities for WBD across international markets and consumer segmentsMeasure and drive strategy for WBD Global Brands and Franchises across the franchise building cycle, informing the 5 yr strategic plans for WBD Global Brands and FranchisesEngage in market and audience based growth planning, to inform 5 yr Franchise portfolio strategies on a market and audience basisLead small ad hoc and ongoing cross-franchise projects, such as YouTube Kids, brand architecture, franchise success indicators, gaming engagement operational frameworks or advanced franchise analyticsLead workstreams for projects on brand strategy, branding, stewardship initiatives and other portfolio management and franchise projectsAnalyze quantitative and qualitative measures across a range of data sets (consumer insights, ratings, financial, market, etc.) to answer business questions regarding the growth of franchises and IP opportunities for WBDDevelop qualitative and quantitative approaches to addressing franchise strengths and opportunities to inform enterprise strategy and activation across all levels, including with Sr LeadershipDevelop approach to sizing 5 yr franchise financial targets, partnering with franchise and finance teams

Qualifications & Experience...

Work ExperienceMinimum of 5 years' experience working on brand/franchise management, analytics, consulting or program managementProven success in project management and execution requiredExpertise in brand and franchise analytics, such as customer research, market data sources and financials

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or CertificationCollege degree requiredMBA or similar a plus

Knowledge/SkillsAbility to convert story and narrative to product and experiencesAbility to think strategically in planning across consumer touch pointsExpertise with data, and the ability to derive insight and strategy from multiple data sourcesAbility to conduct complex quantitative analytics (market sizing, consumer segmentation analysis, etc.)Excellent project management, prioritization and planning skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven track record in communicating with all levels of staff, internal divisions and external stakeholdersVery strong presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills, maturity and excellent judgment. Able to work effectively with executives and influence at all levels of the organization.Proven track record of managing workflow to meet tight deadlines while handling high volume of work. Attention to detailAbility to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and productive demeanorHigh proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $109,900.00 - $204,100.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
