We're a venture-backed team headquartered in the Boston, MA area, and we share a passion for innovation, growth, and a commitment to the responsible use of AI.Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Brand Designer to join our growing creative team, and help evolve the Lazarus brand identity. You should have a strong understanding of brand design systems, and how to apply strategic design thinking across multiple touch-points, including digital, web, print, social, sales, and events. You are motivated to develop the best solution for every problem, focusing on understanding the objectives of your stakeholders. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner closely with leaders across the business, working on projects that build awareness of the Lazarus brand and product benefits in new, exciting, and captivating ways.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and define the Lazarus brand identity.Conceptualize and create design work across digital, web, print, events, and more.Collaborate with the design, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure designs and copy align with our branding and engage our audience.Design communication and event materials, ensuring our brand is accurately represented across diverse platforms.Create graphics for promotional videos, product overviews, and tutorials.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Lead design efforts for our marketing websites.RequirementsBachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.4+ years of design experience in-house or with an agency.Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including development of brand guidelines.Strong understanding of the creative process, from ideation through implementation.Familiarity with brand strategy, and working from creative briefs.Excellent communication and time management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Understanding of typography, design principles, trends and best practices across both digital and print.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.Nice-to-havesProficient with video production software (Adobe creative cloud, Final Cut Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).Proficient in web development, and applications like Webflow.Adept at creating data visualizations, finished intelligence, and infographic production.Proficient in following brand management and guidelines.Knowledgeable about human-centered design methodology or design thinking principles.BenefitsComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings plans.Flexible working from home arrangements.Opportunities for growth and professional development.A collaborative and supportive company culture.Access to cutting-edge technology and resources for research and development.Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000.Lazarus AI is an equal opportunity employer.
