Accounting System.Experience in SAGE 50, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Intuit Turbo TaxCommercial Building Management Accounting SystemPrepare Monthly Accounting Records statementsPrepare General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Account Receivables, and all Modules of the Accounting System, on Sage System5-8 Years of experience requiredBachelor’s Degree in AccountingResponsibilities:Contracted monthly/quarterly payments for Utilities and additional maintenance requirementsBackup for regular monthly and quarterly AP entries, Check-printing, and postingsCompares subcontractor invoice with prior written approvalsVerifies pricing on subcontractors’ invoices with a pricing worksheetQualifications
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in AccountingAbility to work independently and manage multiple leases and requirements thereofUnderstanding Terms Sheet for Building Standard Accounting and Control Lease RequirementsWritten and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and organizational skillsProblem-solving skills, analytical skills, and ability to think creativelyAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to create Sage Custom reportsAdditional Information
