Preferred experience includes project and energy financing, energy, and infrastructure-related mergers and acquisitions, as well as tax equity and/or IRA credit.Duties:Manage and execute energy and infrastructure transactions.Advise clients on financing structures and private mergers and acquisitions.Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements.Conduct due diligence and prepare transaction summaries.Coordinate with other legal professionals to ensure compliance and risk management.Provide strategic advice on project financing and energy sector investments.Requirements:5-6 years of relevant experience in Energy and Infrastructure transactions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience with financing and/or private mergers and acquisitions transactions.Preferred experience in project and energy financing and/or energy and infrastructure-related M&A transactions.Experience in tax equity and/or IRA credits is a plus.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York, District of Columbia Bar, or Texas Bar, active and in good standing.Skills:Expertise in energy and infrastructure law.Proficient in drafting and negotiating legal documents.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
