Dessert Holdings is looking for a

Senior Director of Supply Chain Finance

to partner with the Chief Supply Chain Officer and other leaders in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality to develop and execute strategies that drive efficiency, improve cost-effectiveness, and enhance analytics and controls. This position reports to the SVP of Finance.

Key Responsibilities and Contributions:

Develop and execute financial strategies supporting supply chain operational goals to drive profitability and sustainable growth through areas like capital planning, productivity initiatives, effective inventory management.

Provide financial insights to company leaders and ensure the financial implications of supply chain decisions are clearly understood organization-wide.

Lead KPI reporting and action planning, support monthly business reviews, lead Supply Chain annual planning and quarterly estimates, guide long-range planning, and provide ongoing decision support.

Lead and develop a team of 8+ direct reports located throughout production facilities, fostering a culture high performance, continuous learning, development, and growth.

Foster collaboration with supply chain management and operational teams to streamline processes and align financial and operational objectives.

Prepare materials for Senior Leadership and Board of Directors meetings.

Support enhancement of internal controls and accounting policies/practices in support of PCAOB readiness, minimizing exposure to risk.

Oversee close process across nine North American manufacturing sites.

Leverage technology and analytics to improve forecasting, reporting and decision making, and collaborate with IT for improvement initiatives.

Lead and support initiatives such as M&A integration activities, warehouse network consolidation, ERP harmonization, and capital project development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required; an MBA, CPA or CMA designation preferred

At least 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance

At least 5+ years in people/team management

Strong manufacturing and integrated Supply Chain experience in a matrixed organization

Prior experience in private equity and public companies is a plus

Must be fluent in base cost accounting principles

Strong analytical capabilities along with the ability to “tell the story” behind the numbers

Proven experience in leading or being a key part of a Finance team through an IPO or sale process is preferred

Prior experience in M&A, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger integration

Ability to travel 25 to 50%
