attractive benefits and perks ?THE OPPORTUNITYAnalyst, Transaction ServicesThe Transaction Services team is primarily responsible for Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Commingled and Separately Managed Account trade execution across our Global client base. In addition, this role is responsible for the coordination, oversight, and execution of (non-trade related) investment decisions for our Investment Management clients. This includes coordinating and facilitating communication between Investment Directors and staff, external investment managers, fund administrators, bank custodians, attorneys, other relevant parties, and clients.RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for day-to-day execution of private fund subscriptions and redemptions for multiple client relationships, ensuring compliance with firm policies and processes; resolve trade-related issues promptly.Complete and review subscription and redemption documentation. Track trade workflow across your team client book.Navigate AML/KYC requirements for subscription and redemption transactions.Monitor Client inboxes for actionable correspondence. Coordinate relevant communication between internal teams, investment managers and clients.Settle completed trades.Track share class information and monitor manager liquidity provisions on behalf of clients.Proactively support client objectives through communication with third-party service providers. Review documentation and maintain correspondence.Utilize manager and custodian websites to monitor client transactions.Prepare ad hoc reports.Utilize internal CA resources to support client activities.Maintain awareness of current investment themes and client interests.QUALIFICATIONS3-5 years of related work experience required. LP trading side of alternative asset experience highly preferred. (E.g.: Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Commingled Fund)Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities.Strong analytical and organizational abilities.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Experience in a customer service environment.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Able to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.Professional, focused, and disciplined approach to work responsibilities.Experience in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.Want to learn more?Click
