What You'll be doing:Working as a key team member on the marketing team and on behalf of internal and external clients, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing data and materials, as well as assisting the Business Development process. The position is responsible for handling outgoing proposals for new business, coordination of project photography, internal communications, graphic design, marketing collaterals, award submissions, promotional item coordination, and assistance in other internal and external marketing initiatives and administrative duties to support the company s business objectives.
This position will be working in a highly collaborative environment on a team looking to streamline processes while increasing impact.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to creation/writing/editing of RFP responsesMaintains resumes, project profiles, and narrativesMaintains administrative project informationManage marketing materials in local office such as binding, printing and collateral materials and ensures timely delivery of responsesUse Adobe InDesign for RFP response document layout; take initiative to apply graphics and layout for an engaging design while maintaining brand conventions and templatesFacilitate proposal review, ensure edits are incorporated and manage final proposal submissionsEngage in other marketing communication projects such as: website content, award submissions, scheduling photography, apparel, press releases, social media, and event coordinationAct as a reliable resource to other Marketing Department staffWhat we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in communications or marketing OR equivalent work experienceExcellent persuasive writing and editing skillsHigh proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign application specifically) requiredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite applicationsExperience with WordPress preferred, but not requiredAbility to be highly creative yet regimented to ensure completeness and accuracy of all RFPsWorks well with highly structured timelines and deadlinesAbility to perform and deliver multiple projects on timeDeliver results that are clear, accurate, technically correct and achieve messaging objectivesAbility to thrive in a team environmentStrong listening skills and overall communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to aggregate information to be written in clear, concise formatsCapacity to be responsible, flexible, accountable and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, adapt and prioritize to meet deadlinesProfessionally communicate with all levels of personnel within the organization and with external clients and partners**Writing samples to be requested upon resume review**
What you'll get from us:
Colorado's 2021 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) requires we provide an estimated base salary range for this position: $65,000 - $72,000 per year. Actual salary range is based on fair market value of the role in the geography in which you live based on the requirements of the job and your skills.
