to lead high-value projects in sectors such as:LEED Certified Higher Education and Mixeduse FacilitesHigh-Rise, Mid-Rise Multifamily DevelopmentsWorkforce, Market Rate, and Affordable HousingMedical Office Buildings, Hospital Additions and ExpansionsKey Responsibilities:Lead all on-site construction activitiesManage subcontractors, vendors, and laborDevelop and maintain look-ahead schedules, and track progressReview subcontract agreements and ensure alignment with project scope and budget.Provide daily reports on-site activities and progress to the Project Manager.Maintain strict control over project budgets and financials.Qualifications:10 - 15 years of experience
as a Superintendent managing projects over $20MProven success in
Multifamily
or
Commercial
construction sectors, including podium, garden, high-rise, and healthcare projects.Expertise in
Critical Path Method
